We are always looking for team sponsors. We’d love to cover our car in stickers including yours!

Sponsoring differs from straight out donation in a few key areas:

• All sponsors get to put a sticker on our Shitbox
• An Official Team Sponsors get backlinks from Box Rallies websites, Promo material and potential mentions in rally media/social media
• Direct Donations are handled instantly using our donation page.
• Becoming an official sponsor takes around 3-5 business days to set up – starting with filling out the sponsorship form on this website on the bottom of this page

Rally Coverage

Box Rallies generate a fair bit of buzz between TV, Radio, Print & Social Media posting. While there are no guarantees of mentions, there is a reasonable chance of our team and sponsors being mentioned at some stage in the run up to and through out the event.

There are 4 main categories of team sponsor

Donation Team Sponsor

Just donate using the main donation page. No money required for admin fee. Minimum $200 donation to justify the effort required for printing logos for the car. Feel free to donate less, just won’t qualify for the inclusions of unofficial team sponsorship.

Official Team Sponsor with Box Rallies

Gets Logo on the car and backlinks from the Donation Page and Box rallies websites. To set this up requires a few extra steps to generate invoices to separate the donation from the $110 set-up fee.

This is set up externally from the donation page and the best way to get started is to either get in contact with Mav or Peter directly or fill out the form which has the information we’d need to ask.

In Kind Team Sponsor

For team support in the way of Hampers, Vouchers, Products, your company services, etc that 5W Thinker Fluid can use as giveaways / prizes to assistance in raising money for the cause. This can in turn be good exposure for your business.

If you are a Media Company – Mentions encouraging donations to our site on your radio, tv station. Tyres, Parts, Mechanical help for our car…….things of that nature.

Fullfilling both the Official Team Sponsor requirements as well as being able to give our team things as mentioned in the In Kind Team Sponsor

The differences of inclusions are outlined in the table below.

*There is a cut-off to being able to get car stickers and clothing printed due to the leadtime needed in printing. This is about a fortnight before we depart. The earlier you sponsor us, the easier it is for us to get the stickers and clothing made in time.
